Our position
PantyhoseX is a directory site. We don’t host any video files ourselves, so we can’t remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove our listings and the embedded links to those videos. If you own the rights, you should also contact the site hosting the video directly.
How to send a copyright notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To report a copyright issue, please include:
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) on pantyhosex.net
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your name, address, and email
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, made in good faith
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act
- Your signature (a typed name is okay)
Send your notice to the Copyright Agent for PantyhoseX through our contact page at contact page.
What happens next
We review valid notices within a few business days and remove the relevant listings. If you believe a listing was wrongly removed, you can send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) through the same contact method. If a source repeatedly causes valid copyright complaints, we will remove it completely from our index.
